New officers appear in scenarios for the "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV: Diplomacy and Strategy Expansion Pack Bundle".

Note: Officer data added with this DLC cannot be edited.

This is a collaboration with the Nijisanji VTubers, namely Kuzuha, Sister Claire, and Debidebi Debiru.
Here is a brief profile of them: Kuzuha is an unemployed vampire who plays video games all day long while sponging on his parents; Sister Claire takes care of the sick, the poor, and orphans; and Debidebi Debiru aims to doom the mankind to corruption.
Please enjoy the unique newcomers joining the scene.
